Large, prestigious Irvine law firm is seeking a polished and professional Litigation Legal Secretary to support a Senior Partner in charge of the Intellectual Property Group. A minimum of 7-10 years experience is required. The candidate with extensive professional experience to provide administrative and secretarial support with some litigation background would be ideal. Some support will be required for the Intellectual Property group in general. The ability to maintain attorney calendar, oversee his travel arrangements, keep track of time, deal with clients is a must.
