Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: managing the placement process, pro-actively recruiting new candidates, interviewing and screening candidates, verifying previous employment, administering skill assessments, skill marketing qualified candidates to active clients, and attending client meetings along with the business development manager. Will also be responsible for taking on lead service role after an account has been established.
